Dolores Rodriguez

Dolores Rodriguez, age 66 of Henderson, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2019 in her residence.  She was born on March 28, 1953 in Jimenez, Coahuila, Mexico, to Eusebio and Maria De Los Angeles Rodriguez. Dolores enjoyed walking, cooking, gardening and spending time with family.  She will be remembered for being a devoted wife, mother, grandma, sister and for her beautiful smile. 

Dolores is survived by her husband Juan Antonio Rodriguez and eight children; son Juan Antonio Rodriguez Jr. of Mankato, MN, son Ramiro Rodriguez Jr. of Eagle Pass, TX, daughter Tatiana Peden of Eden Prairie, daughter Maria Dolores Rodriguez of Henderson, MN, son Luis Alberto Rodriguez of Blue Earth, MN, son Adolfo Rodriguez of Le Sueur, MN, son Wilfredo Rodriguez of Blue Earth, MN, and Nancy Rodriguez of Mankato.  She is also survived by her grandchildren; Marc Antonio, Jasmine Alejandra, Mariah Marie, Ramiro Jr., Jorge Alejandro, Angelina Cataleya, Aiden Antonio, Lexis Liliana, Julian Alberto, Michael Cash, Ava Grace, Nayeli Rose, Bella Josephine, Victoria Esmeralda, and Vivian Imelda.

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, June 3, 2019, 10:30 a.m. at St. Anne’s Church, Le Sueur, MN.  Visitation will be at the church from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.  Burial will be in Mound Cemetery, Le Sueur, MN followed by lunch at St. Anne’s School.  Fr. Chris Shofner will officiate the services.
