Edna Huetteman Obituary

Edna Mae Huetteman, age 105 of Maple Plain, MN formerly of Le Sueur, died Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at Haven Homes in Maple Plain, MN.

Memorial Service will be 11:00 am on Saturday, November 16, 2019, at First Lutheran Church, 116 Inner Drive in Le Sueur, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Pastor Carl Bruihler will officiate. Interment will be at a later date in Lewis Cemetery in Independence, MN.

Edna was born on October 23, 1914, to Louis and Minnie (Drieman) Roberts in Clarissa, MN. She graduated from Clarissa High School and in 1933 married Ralph Olson in Eagle Bend, MN. He passed away in 1967. She then married Henry Huetteman in 1972 in Long Lake, MN, and in 1986 he passed away. Edna was also preceded in death by a brother, two sisters and a stepson Robert (Mavis) Huetteman.

Edna is survived by her daughter, Joann Ree of Maple Plain, MN; grandchildren, J.R. Ree and Janelle (Andy) Welch; great-granddaughter, Samantha Munson and step-son, Henry (Eileen) Huetteman, Jr. and family, and former son-in-law, Jerry Ree.

The family wishes to thank Bryant House, Haven Homes and Park Nicollet Hospice for the wonderful care Edna received.
