Mary J Wilson

Mary J. Wilson, age 61 of LeSueur died on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at her home, surrounded by her family, in rural LeSueur after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born on May 3, 1957 in New Prague, Minnesota to Lester and Florence (Jenny) Haus. She graduated from Jordan High School and attended Normandale College. Mary married Scott Wilson on September 11, 1980 in Jordan. They made their home in LeSueur where the family operated Brewery Hill Christmas Trees and Mary's Berries. She also enjoyed a
40-year career as a health information manager at Minnesota Valley Health Center in LeSueur and Sibley Medical Center in Arlington. She was a Girl Scout leader, member of LeSueur Community Foundation, LSH Wrestling Assn., former little league softball coach and member of the LSH Prom Committee. Mary enjoyed gardening, outdoor activities, traveling, warm weather, coffee, babies, baking and cooking. Most of all she found profound enjoyment spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Scott
Children, Ben (Angie) Wilson, Jennifer Wilson, Chelsie (Brandon) Seth, Abbie (Ryan) Burns, Luke (Special friend, Alyssa Weber) and Jason (Sue) Haus.
6 grandchildren, Brittany Anderson, Ashley Beseke, Dalton & Colton Wilson, Jane, Jack and baby Seth, Kate and Ryan Haus.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Cheryl Hamrick, three infant children and an infant grandchild.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at
10 a.m. at St. Anne's Catholic Church in LeSueur. Visitation will be at the Kolden Funeral Home in LeSueur from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday and one hour prior to the services at the church on Saturday. Following the funeral services, a bar-b-que lunch and celebration of Mary's life will be held at Brewery Hill Christmas Trees Farm. koldenfuneralhome.com
