Shirley Pautsch-Roman Obituary

Shirley A. Pautsch-Roman, age 76 of Henderson, died suddenly Thursday, August 15 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, MN. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Henderson Roadhaus Entertainment Center, (514 Main St, Henderson, MN). Lunch and refreshments at noon with a time of sharing and reflection afterwards. Burial will be at Brown Cemetery in Henderson following the celebration.

Shirley was born on July 10, 1943 to Ferdinand and Elvera (Hoese) Pautsch. She grew up in Blakeley and raised her children in Belle Plaine. After settling down in Chaska, she married her love, Don and retired from Anchor glass. She then spent much of her time working at Bob's Country Garden Center. They enjoyed being up North at their cabin whenever possible. Shirley enjoyed digging in the dirt, traveling, and spending her free time with friends and family; playing cards, putting puzzles together, or sitting by a bonfire with Busch Light.

Shirley will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her two children, Dawn (Pat), and Dave (Dawn)

Grandchildren, Jamie (Miki), Jesse (Sammi), Ryan, Josh, and Tianna. Great Grandchildren, Mackenzie, Miki, Niko, and Sophia.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents, Ferdinand and Elvera; and brothers and sisters, Linda, Dale, Evelyn, Delores, and Richard. Her sweet dog Alfie.
