Alice M. Bobo

Alice M. Bobo, age 74 of Arlington bowed before her Lord and received the Crown of Life on Thursday, December 31, 2020. A Memorial Service will be celebrated at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Peace Lutheran Church in Arlington. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time Sunday at the church. Interment will be in Arlington Public Cemetery.

Alice was born on November 23, 1946 in Gaylord to Howard and Eldora (Wisch) Bobo. She was baptized on December 8, 1946 at Gaylord and confirmed on April 30, 1961 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Arlington. Alice grew up spending her days riding horseback with her sister and cousins. Alice was a 1965 graduate of Arlington Green Isle High School. Alice was a 13 year employee of Tonka Toys and spent another 22 years at TSE in Arlington. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church and its Ladies Guild. She enjoyed many things including camping, fishing and spending time with family. Alice will be remembered for kindnesses shown toward people, her willingness to help out whenever and that infectious smile for everyone.

Alice is survived by her sister; Faye Drew of Arlington, nephew; Wade Drew, niece; Keri (Drew) Date, cousins and extended families and her fur baby; Mitzie. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, LeRoy.

Honoring Alice as urn bearers are Caden Jo Frauendienst, Bradey John Frauendienst and Liam Wallace Date. Honorary urn bearers include Paige Drew, Thomas Drew, Parker Pflanz, Paige Pflanz and Finnlay Toren Date.
