Anita Louise Joyce

Anita L. Joyce, age 76 of Henderson, died Thursday, July 18 at the Good Samaritan Center in Arlington. There will be no memorial services held. Anita Louise Joyce was born on October 1, 1936 in Montevideo, Minnesota to Frank and Helen (Johnson) Joyce. She was the youngest of seven children. Alice (Ordell) Sebber, John (Jack) Joyce, Homer (Mabel) Joyce, Florence (Albert) Black, Tom(Doris) Joyce and Elinor (James) Strehlo. She graduated from Montevideo High School and was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran church. After graduation she moved to Le Sueur, Minnesota and worked at ADC Telecommunications, Inc. for many years. She lived in St. Peter, Minnesota for a short time before moving to Massachusetts and then Florida. After retiring she moved to Henderson, Minnesota and resided at Sibley Estates. A year ago she moved to The Good Samaritan nursing home in Arlington, Minnesota. She is survived by one sister, Florence Black of Henderson and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Alice and Elinor; brothers, John, Homer and Tom; sisters-in-law, Mabel and Doris; brothers-in-law, Ordell, Albert and James and niece, Patricia Reinhardt.
