Annie M. (Santovi) Edwins, age 80, former resident of Kingsway Retirement Living in Belle Plaine, passed away on July 14 at the Golden Living Nursing Home in Excelsior. Memorial Service will be at 11a.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the Valley Evangelical Free Church in Chaska. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at a later date in the Riverside Cemetery in Ladysmith, WI. Annie was born in Ladysmith, WI, Rusk County on November 15, 1934 to Frank and Marie (Blata) Santovi. She grew up in Ladysmith and graduated from Ladysmith High School. She moved to St. Paul where she began work for Western Electric. She later worked for Northern Pacific Railroad as an Executive Assistant. Throughout her career there, the company name changed several times eventually becoming Burlington Northern Santa Fe. She was transferred to many of their offices and lived in St. Paul, Texas and Kansas. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother in law, Norbert Rzepecki and brother, George Santovi. She is survived by her Brother, Frank (Lorraine) Santovi of St. Paul, MN, Sister, Bessie Rzepecki of Chicago, IL, Sister in law, Margie Santovi of Downers Grove, IL, Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Multiple Sclerosis Upper Midwest Chapter, 200 12th Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN 55415
