Bonnie Mae Trebesch

July 31, 1936 — November 2, 2012

Bonnie Mae Trebesch, age 76 of Norwood and formerly of Belle Plaine, died at The Harbour on November 2, 2012. Memorial service will be at 11:30a.m. on Tuesday, November 6 at the Kolden Funeral Home in Belle Plaine, Rev. David John Rohde will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:30a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Ft. Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis. Bonnie was born in her grandparent's house in Clements, MN on July 31, 1936 to Alvin and Berniece (Volk) Kopischke. She attended Clements grade school and graduated from Springfield High School in 1954. She married Delmar Trebesch at the First Lutheran Church in Brookings, SD on April 26, 1954. They lived in Clements, MN for many years before moving to Arlington, MN in 1973. She was a homemaker her entire life. They moved to Belle Plaine in 2000 and retired there. Bonnie enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was an avid reader, loved crocheting, needlepoint, and making afghans. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Delmar in 2011. Bonnie is survived by her children; Michael (Debbie) Trebesch of Winthrop, Steven (Tammy) Trebesch of Hamburg, James Trebesch of Delvan, Bill (Janell) Trebesch of Granada, Joy (Robert) Schwanke of Glencoe, Jill (Curt) Vorlicek of Biscay, John (Monica) Trebesch of Hamburg, Robert Trebesch of Hamburg, Kipp (Deb) Trebesch of Green Isle, Joel Trebesch of Winstead, Precious Stier of Belle Plaine, Mark Trebesch (special friend, Jen Zurn) of Henderson, 17 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren, Sister, Joann Steinhouse of Ramsey.
