Bonnie K. Wilmes

Bonnie K. Wilmes, age 61 of Le Sueur, died on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at the Central Health Care Facility in Le Center, MN. Funeral services will be on Friday, April 3, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Kolden Funeral Home in Le Sueur, MN. Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the services at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery, Le Sueur, MN. Rev. Luke Nelson will officiate the services. Bonnie was born on October 25, 1953 to Eldon and Nellie (Schlegel) Jones in Le Sueur, MN. She grew up in the Belle Plaine area and attended Belle Plaine Schools, graduating in 1971 from Belle Plaine High School. She married Allan Wilmes on April 26, 1975 and she was a homemaker on the family farm south of Le Sueur for many years raising her children. She is survived by her Husband, Allan Wilmes Children; Greg (Cheryl) Wilmes of Le Sueur; Vicky Wilmes of Le Sueur; Gary (Heather) Wilmes of Le Sueur and Val (Dan) Wasinger of Winnebago, MN. Grandchildren; Ryan, Courtney, McAlister, Kenzington & Tyegan Wilmes. Sister; Patty (Curt) Latzke of Belle Plaine, MN, many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents.
