Brad S. Meech, age 48 of New Ulm and formerly of Arlington died unexpectedly at his home on January 26, 2011. He was born on December 23, 1962 in Mankato to Richard and Doris (Kuerschner) Meech. He was baptized on December 30, 1962 by his grandfather, Rev. Edwin Kuerschner at Morristown. He was employed by KDB Trucking in New Ulm and with MRCI for 26 years. He enjoyed watching John Wayne and western movies, fishing and his lawn tractor. He was very personable, loved his nieces and nephews and his dog, Duke and known for helping people. He is survived by his special friend, Pam Hoffmann of New Ulm, Father, Richard Meech of Faribault Siblings, Melanie (Doug) Schultz of Winthrop, Mary (Ray) Farniok of Arlington, Bryan Meech of Arlington, Marcy (Greg) Gongoll of Waconia and Marilyn (Brandon) Ronning of Arlington. 11 nieces and nephews, Dana Schultz, Kevin Kuphal, Tracy Kuphal, Tony Schultz, Dan Farniok, Tim Kuphal, Jenny Farniok, Ethan Meech, Faith Gongoll, Ian Ronning and Enmen Ronning. 1 Great niece, Jordyn Kuphal Also surviving are aunts, uncles, cousin, friends, including his MBW family. He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Meech; sister, Ivy Rose Meech; grandparents; cousin, Michael Kuerschner; special friend, LeRoy Panning and his cat, Dexter. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 31, 2011 at 11 a.m. at the Kolden Funeral Home in Arlington. Rev. Kurt Lehmkuhl will officiate. Interment will be in the Arlington Public Cemetery in Arlington. Visitation is one hour prior to the services at the funeral home on Monday.
