Carol M. Loose-Kluntz

Carol M. Loose Kluntz age 88 of Cleveland, died on Monday, June 8, 2015 at the Minnesota Valley Health Care Facility. Funeral will be on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Kolden Funeral Home in Le Sueur, MN. Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 from 3-7 p.m. at the Kolden Funeral Home in Le Sueur. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the services on Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Ottawa Cemetery, Ottawa, MN. Carol was born on December 23, 1926 to Roy and Mary (Antonsen) Rethwill in Sharon Township, Le Sueur County. She attended Sharon Township School and later Le Sueur High School where she graduated. She attended Mankato State University for a short time before marrying Milo Loose on January 9, 1945, he died in December of 1989. Carol married Harry Kluntz on November 14, 1992. He died in April of 2001. Carol worked in Ag Research at Green Giant Company in Le Sueur, MN. She also worked as a seamstress and a Home Health Aid later in her life. She enjoyed 50 years as a member of The Order Of The Eastern Star. Carol is survived by her children; Eric (Ann) Loose of Pillager, MN; Gail (Jim) Maconkey of Greenville, S.C; Beth Ann Smith & her special friend Jay Barr of Le Sueur, MN; Lyn Rydberg of Forest Lake, MN; Kent Loose & his special friend, Pam Newhouse of Le Sueur, MN; Mary (Duane) Tiegs of Henderson, MN and Kirk Loose and his special friend Gene Hawkins of Cleveland, MN. 20 Grandchildren, 29 Great-Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren. She is also survived by 3 sisters-in-law; Virginia Rethwill & Lavon Wiese both of Le Sueur, MN; Marion Rethwill of Sanford, FL and brother-in-law, Donald Tiegs of Ortonville, MN. She is preceded in death by her 2 children; Gary & Glen Loose and 3 siblings, Robert Rethwill, Lester Rethwill and Corriane Tiegs. Also preceded by 2 Grandchilden & 1 Great-Granddaughter.
