Carol Ann (Severin) Johnson

Carol Ann Johnson, age 80 of Le Sueur, died on Friday morning, September 5, 2025.  Memorial service will be on Saturday, September 20, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at First Lutheran Church in Le Sueur, MN.  Visitation will be at the church from 10:00 a.m. ~ 11:00 a.m. at the church that morning.  Lunch to follow the service in the church social hall.

Carol was born on July 13, 1945 to Roland and Ruth (Wiltsey) Severin in Minneapolis, MN. She grew up and went to school in the Hamel, MN area.  She married Roger Johnson on April 4, 1964 at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Wayzata, MN.  The couple moved to Le Sueur, MN in 1967 and raised there two children in Le Sueur.  She worked for many years at Green Giant in Le Sueur and later at the Le Sueur Inc.  In her later years she ran a café in Henderson, MN.  She was a big Willie Nelson fan, enjoyed league bowling with friends, traveling and spending time with her kids and grandchildren.

Carol is survived by her two Children; Lynn (Tony) O’Brien of Le Sueur, MN and Bobby (Michelle) Johnson of Green Bay, WI.  Grandchildren; Tiffany (Matthew) Sehring of Peoria, Ill, Tynan O’Brien and his fiancé Madeline Stein of Minneapolis, MN and Brandon Johnson of Milwaukee, WI.  Great-grandchildren, Elliot, Taylor, Mackenzie and Alex Sehring. Other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Roger in 2022.
