David A. Duray

David A. Duray, age 89 of Le Sueur, formerly of Minneapolis, died on Monday morning, July 26, 2021 at Oak Terrace Living Center in Le Sueur, MN.  Graveside services will be on Friday, 2:00 p.m. at Lakewood Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.

David was born on April 27, 1932 to Carl and Dorothy (Dushek) Duray in Minneapolis, MN.  He served in the United States Army before traveling the world as an engineer with NASA, Sperry Rand, Univac, Unisys, and the United States Government in support of the original Apollo Space Missions .  He was an avid sportsman and hunter.  He will always be remembered for his appetite for excitement in life.

He is survived by his children; Steven Duray, Pamela Duray and Kenneth Duray.  Sister, Carol Wiebe of Le Sueur and her children; Charlie, Caralyn, Theresa and Stephanie.
