David Craig Fullerton, age 71, of Le Sueur, Minnesota, passed into God's hands on March 30, 2025. A Tribute to Dave will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at The Bar in Le Sueur from 5-9 P.M. Followed by a celebration for family & close friends at the American Legion in Chanhassen, MN on May 29, 2025 from 5:30-9 P.M.
He was born on April 18, 1953, to Dick and Dorothy Fullerton of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
David was the beloved husband of his high school sweetheart, Cathey Fullerton, for nearly 53 years. Together, they built a life full of love and memories. He was a devoted father to Lynnea Jean (Aaron) Libra and Kelsey Marie (Joel) Anderson, and the proud Papa to Hunter Ethan & Aidan James Libra and Neva Lynn & Brooks David Anderson. He is also survived by his brother Rob (Amanda) Stewart, and sister, Diane (Mike) Carter.
David was a Die Cast Engineer who began his career at Toro and later retired after 27 years at Le Sueur Incorporated. With his strong work ethic, charming personality, and vast knowledge in the Die Cast industry, David positively impacted countless lives over the years.
Beyond his career, David was a man who knew how to enjoy life in all its forms—whether in the simple pleasures or the more extravagant moments. His quick wit, infectious humor, and love for life were traits that endeared him to all who knew him. He had a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature, especially on his family land in Northern Minnesota, where he spent countless hours fishing, hunting, four-wheeling, and enjoying the serenity of a crackling bonfire.
David will be remembered for his wisdom, family pride, wit, and ability to make those around him feel valued. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, and cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
