Dean Harvey Steinborn

Dean H. Steinborn, age 44 of Le Sueur, died unexpectedly on February 12, 2012 in Rochelle, Illinois. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Zion U.C.C. in Le Sueur. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, February 17 at the church, and also one hour prior to the service time on Saturday at the church. Rev. Beth Benson will officiate. Interment will be in Ottawa Cemetery. Dean was born on November 18, 1967 to Harvey and Shirley (Herbst) Steinborn in Gaylord, MN. Dean married Liz Voss on September 25, 2004 in Le Sueur. He worked for Eaton Hydraulics in Eden Prairie. He loved snowmobiling, NASCAR and cars in general, whether it was fixing them or selling them. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was an awesome dad to his six children. He will be greatly missed. Dean is survived by his wife, Liz; children, Miranda Steinborn of Woodbury, Tim Steinborn, Jayden, Bryson and Makena Steinborn all of Le Sueur; step-son, Hunter Pfarr of Le Sueur; siblings, Gloria Morrisette of St. Paul, Bonnie Fromm of Kasota, Jenny Wetzel of Le Sueur, Faith Patterson of Henderson, Tammy Trimbo of Henderson, Jerome "Butch" Denzer of Henderson, Glen Denzer of Le Sueur, Wendy Schule of Flowermound, TX and David Steinborn of Le Center; mother-in-law, Tami (Pat Schmidthuber) Boettcher of Le Center; father-in-law, Randy Voss of Le Sueur; grandparents-in-law, Mary Jane and Earl Voss of Le Sueur; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
