Donna Mae Glass

Donna M. Glass, age 64 of Le Sueur formerly of the Henderson area died on Monday, July 16, 2012 at the Gardenview Nursing Home in Le Sueur. Funeral services will be on Friday, July 20, 3:00 p.m. at the Kolden Funeral Home in Henderson. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery in Arlington Township. Donna was born on June 25, 1948 to Donald and Mae (Benson) Thorn in Minneapolis. She grew up in Minneapolis and graduated from Washburn High School. She married Rick Glass and later divorced. She then moved to Henderson. She was a homemaker and later worked for Michael Foods. In Donna's younger years she enjoyed biking, gardening, watching soap operas and her cat Coco. In her later years she continued to watch the Price is Right, and enjoyed playing dice and bingo with her friends at the nursing home. Donna is survived by her children, Derick (girlfriend, Michelle Thomes) of Henderson, Eric (Jennifer) Ruff of New Ulm, Angie (Jason) Black of North Mankato and Scott Glass; grandchildren, Aaron and Mitchell Black and sister, Pauline Bogren. She is preceded in death by her parents and her life long partner, Carl Ruff.
