Eldina Eyrich

Eldina Eyrich, age 96 of Belle Plaine, passed away on November 25, 2022.  Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30a.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at Our Lady of the Prairie Catholic Church in Belle Plaine.  Fr. Michael Kaluza will officiate.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the Mass at church.  Interment will be in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Belle Plaine.

Eldina was born in Mankato on June 30, 1926, to Martin and Minnie (Coupman) Renne.  She grew up in Wisconsin and Illinois.  On January 7, 1947, she married Loy Eyrich.  They lived in Geneseo, IL for a time before moving to Belle Plaine.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, embroidery and gardening.

Eldina is preceded in death by her parents, Husband Loy, sons in law Michael Fahey and John Worm. Sisters, Josie Witt & Gert Monroe, brothers Melvin & John Renne.

She is survived by her children, Theresa Fahey of Belle Plaine, Wayne Eyrich of Belle Plaine, and Linda Worm of Norwood-Young America.

10 Grandchildren, Jeff, Jon, Jodi, Amanda, Lisa, Shannon, Josh, Scott, Jennifer and Melissa.
