Eunice "Pat" Huber

Eunice "Pat" Huber, age 88 of Belle Plaine, died on Thursday, March 3, 2011 at the Lutheran Home in Belle Plaine. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at Our Lady of the Prairie Catholic Church. Fr. Michael Kaluza will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at church. Interment will be in the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery. Pat was born on August 9, 1922 to Henning and Nora (Albrecht) Paulson in Glen Lake, MN. She was raised by her grandparents in Brownton, MN and graduated from Brownton High School. Pat worked for the Produce State Bank in Minneapolis after graduating from high school. On December 27, 1945, she married Art Huber at St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Minneapolis. When they moved to Belle Plaine, Pat worked various jobs over the years including, Belle Plaine Herald, Green Giant and Wendt Labs in Blakeley. She enjoyed gardening, ceramic painting, crocheting afghans, playing solitaire, cross word puzzles and playing in the bridge club. She is survived by her husband, Art Huber of Belle Plaine; Children, Sister, Judith Huber of St. Joseph, Jim (Terri) Huber of Brownton, Steve Huber of Belle Plaine, Pat (Dar) Arndt of Madelia, Rick Huber of Lakeville, Art (Shelly) Huber of Le Center, Cheryl (Steve) Liotta of Lakewood, WA Dave (Connie) Huber of Le Sueur; 13 Grandchildren, Elizabeth, Michael, Jessica, Scott, Michelle, Andrea, Sara, Jon, Lauren, Nicole, Christina, Ben and Caylee; 13 Great Grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
