Evangeline "Vangie" Bade, age 80 of Arlington, died Thursday, August 12, 2010 at the Oak Terrace Health Care Center of Gaylord. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 16, 2010 at Peace Lutheran Church in Arlington. Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Peace Lutheran Church and will continue there one hour prior to service time on Monday. Burial will be in the Arlington Public Cemetery. Kolden Funeral Home of Arlington is handling the arrangements. Vangie was born on September 17, 1929 in Helen Township, Mc Leod County to Henry and Emma (Brelje) Dehning. On June 6, 1951 she married Harold E. Bade at the Dehning family farm in Jessenland Township, Sibley County. Vangie worked as a seamstress at Fingerhut Corporation in Gaylord for many years, as well as for Jolly Tundra in Winthrop. She loved sewing, gardening, and canning. Vangie is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Harold, and siblings; Clarence and Hillard Dehning, Alice Rolf, Irene Dehning, and Adeline Karg. Evangeline is survived by her children; Mary Molvig of Roseville, CA., Bennitt (Catherine) Bade of Bloomer, WI., Marsha (Steve) Keuseman of Excelsior, Laurie (David) Brockhoff of Henderson, and Michelle (Tracy) Miklas of Champlin, 10 grandchildren; Todd, Andrea, Jason, Christina, Matthew, Amanda, Joseph, Marisa, Austin, and Ty, 8 great grandchildren; Christina, Jordan, Caleb, Katlyn, Kyler, Emily, Norah, and Gideon, sisters; Dorothea Ernst of Watsonville, CA., and Evelyn Heuer of Waconia.
