Gary William Voight

Gary Voight, age 52 of Arlington passed away Monday, April 22, 2019 at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3rd at St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Arlington with Rev. Matthew Rauh officiating.  A time for relatives and friends to gather will be from 3:00 p.m until service time Friday at the church. Kolden Funeral Home of Arlington is assisting with arrangements.

Gary William Voight was born on January 26, 1967 in Arlington to Ronald and Marlane (Bentz)  Voight. He was a 1985 graduate of Arlington-Green Isle High School. Gary loved spending time with his family and friends. He truly enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his sisters; Susan (Todd) Neumann of Watertown and Tamara (Chad) Ittel of Green Isle, step-father; Richard Venske of Arlington, nieces and nephews; Tina Neumann (special friend Nick Schlechter), Todd Neumann, Jr., Mason and Kailee Ittel and extended family and many friends.

Gary is preceded in death by his parents, his grandparents and extended family members.

Honorary Urn Bearers for the service will be his four nieces and nephews.
