George Leroy Robinson

George L. Robinson, age 76 of Mankato formerly of Le Sueur, died Thursday, August 12, 2010 at Immanuel St. Joseph's Hospital in Mankato. Memorial service will be 4:00p.m. on Monday, August 16 at the Kolden Funeral Home in Le Sueur. Art Straub will officiate. Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the service on Monday. George was born on February 24, 1934 to Harold and Agnes (Thomason) Robinson in Le Sueur, Minnesota. He graduated from Le Sueur High School in 1952. He drove truck for Super Value for 20 years. He enjoyed collecting and selling antiques. George is survived by his son, Wade Robinson of Le Sueur; siblings, Bernice (Harley) Eigenheer of Backus, MN, Arlene Robinson of Le Sueur, Rodney (Nita) Robinson of Columbia, MO, Sue (Paul) Jacobson of Le Sueur and Sandee (Randy) Swanton of Wautoma, WI; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his son, Chris Robinson in 1993; and parents.
