Gloria J. Quast

Gloria J. Quast, age 57 of Le Sueur, died Thursday, October 21, 2010 at the Minnesota Valley Health Center in Le Sueur. Memorial Services will be Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Word of Life Lutheran Brethren Church in Le Sueur with Rev. Ed Nugent officiating. Visitation will be at the Kolden Funeral Home in Le Sueur on Monday from 4-7 p.m. and 1 hour prior to the services at the church on Tuesday morning. Interment will be in Brown Cemetery on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. Gloria was born on June 28, 1953 to Albert and Inez (Borchardt) Schneider in Gaylord. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul United Church of Christ in Henderson. She graduated from Le Sueur High School in 1971. She married John Quast in 1973 and in 1978 their marriage ended. She worked at the Le Sueur Nursing Home for a few years, and then at The Diner in Le Sueur for many years Gloria is survived by her daughter, Michelle Lee Blair of Shakopee, MN siblings, Steve Schneider of Le Center, Keith Schneider of Le Center and Brenda Zumwalt of Mankato; nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. She is preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; 2 brothers, (Douglas & Bruce) and several aunts and uncles.
