Gregory A. Deutsch

Gregory A. Deutsch, age 60 of Le Sueur, passed away at his home on March 1, 2013. Memorial Mass will be at 11a.m. on Thursday, March 7 at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Le Sueur. Fr. George Grafsky will officiate. Visitation will be from 4-8p.m. on Wednesday at the Kolden Funeral Home in Le Sueur and continue Thursday morning one hour prior to the Mass at church. Interment will be at a later date. Greg was born in St. Peter on April 11, 1952 to Joseph and Dorothy (Denzer) Deutsch. He grew up in Le Sueur and graduated from Le Sueur High School. Greg worked for the Le Sueur County Sheriffs Office in many capacities over the years including dispatch, jailer and deputy sheriff. He loved horses, archery, hunting and fishing. Greg was also a proud member of the Le Sueur County Mounted Posse. He is preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy in 2012. Greg is survived by his daughter, Nicole (Luke) Krenik and their daughter Elysia of Le Sueur; Father, Joe Deutsch of Le Sueur; Special Friend Susie Olson and her children, Holly, Crystal and Scott; Sister, Pat (Don) Denzer of Savage; Brother, Tom (Suzanne) Deutsch of Prior Lake; Many Nieces and Nephews.
