Harold Edberg

Harold Edberg, age 92, of Belle Plaine, passed away on May 29, 2022 surrounded by his family.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 9th at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of the Prairie Catholic Church in Belle Plaine.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the Mass at church.  Memorials are preferred.

Harold was born on April 25, 1930 to Everett and Ivy (Scott) Edberg.  He grew up in East Union with his parents and four older sisters.  Harold attended East Union Elementary and graduated from Chaska High School. Harold and Ramona Dean were united in marriage at Sacred Heart Church in Belle Plaine on May 28, 1952.  They were married 66 wonderful years before Ramona’s passing in 2018.  Together, they raised four children; Dave, Rick, John and Connie.  Harold and Ramona ran Edberg Construction until retirement.

Harold was preceded in death and welcomed into Heaven by his wife Ramona (2018) and son Rick (2021).  He is also preceded in death by his parents, siblings and in-laws.

He will be deeply missed by his children; Dave and Polli Edberg, Susie Edberg, John and Patti Edberg and Connie and Tom Kettler as well as his sixteen grandchildren/spouses, thirty-four great grandchildren (plus one coming soon) and 3 great great grandchildren.
