Joy R. Rybus

Joy R. Rybus age 68 of Le Sueur, died Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Autumn Grace in Mankato. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 18 at the Kolden Funeral Home in Le Sueur. Visitation will be from noon until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in Brown Cemetery in Henderson. Joy was born on June 22, 1945 in Tyrone Township to Erwin and Erma (Rowland) Jentz. She attended Henderson High School. She married Tom Rybus on May 28, 1965 at the Presbyterian Church in Kasota. They lived most of their married lives in Tyrone Township, LeSueur County. Joy enjoyed spending time with her family, music, gardening and dancing. Joy is survived by her husband, Tom; son, Cary (Jill) Rybus of Le Sueur; daughters, Jessica (Terry) Zitzow of North Branch and Ann Marie Rybus of St. Peter; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Vernon Jentz; sisters, Alyce Schaffer and Marie Pieper. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Stanley; brother, Earl and sister, Violet.
