Juan Carlos Acevedo, Iii

Juan Carlos Acevedo III, age 31 of LeSueur passed away on the morning of Friday, January 24, 2025 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Noon at the Kolden Funeral Home in LeSueur, officiated by the Saint Peter Lutheran Church. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Kolden Funeral Home in LeSueur on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 and one hour prior to the services on Thursday.

Juan (Kako) was born on October 26, 1993 in LeSueur to his parents, Juan Carlos Acevedo Jr. and  SanJuana Acevedo. He graduated from Palacios (Texas) High School in 2012. When he wasn’t with friends or his siblings; he was gaming online. He loved watching anime and hunting around for rare funko pops to add to his collection. He was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs. His favorite pastime was to argue with his goddaughter about who was the better NFL team between the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys. He loved spoiling her with anything and everything she wanted. When they weren’t arguing, he would spend his time playing the switch with his Ivysaur (Ivy Cline).

He is survived by his parents, Siblings; Priscella (spouse: Tiania), Robert, Alexcis, Krystal (spouse: Lucas), and Emily Acevedo. Niece (goddaughter), Ivy Rose Cline and nephew, Santiago Jay Bakke-Acevedo. Grandparents, Mariana Castillo & Juan Sanchez, Jose & Maria Castillo and Maria Guadalupe Acevedo. Preceded in death by grandfather, Juan Carlos Acevedo.
