June A. Dahlke, age 89 formerly of Green Isle passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017 at the Oak Terrace Health Care Center in Gaylord. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 2nd at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Green Isle. Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to service time Friday all at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Green Isle. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Pastor Eric Rapp will officiate the services. Kolden Funeral Home of Arlington is handling the arrangements. June was born on June 30, 1927 to William, Jr. and Elsie (Hebeisen) Meyer in Washington Lake Township, Sibley County. She was baptized July 10, 1927 in Hamburg, MN & confirmed April 6, 1941 by R. W. Rottmann at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Green Isle, MN. June married Erwin Dahlke on May 7, 1944 by Rev. Berthold O. Streufert. June was an excellent cook and a homemaker. She was a long time member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Green Isle and was with the Ladies Aid. June is survived by her children; Betty (Charles) Selchow of Green Isle, Darrell (Myrna) Dahlke of Glencoe, Ronald (Betty) Dahlke of Green Isle, Marilyn (Jim) Uecker of Chaska, Janice (Bob) Douglas of Reading, PA. and son-in-law; Larry Sommers of Green Isle, 14 Grandchildren, 24 Great-grandchildren, brother and sisters-in-law; Myron (Bonnie) Meyer, Mabel Meyer of Arlington, MN, Ramona Meyer of Arlington, MN and Vivian Meyer of Green Isle, MN and brother-in-law, Harry Dahlke of Chicago, IL . June is preceded in death by her husband, Erwin; daughter, Shirley Sommers; great granddaughter, Madison Zemke and 5 brothers; Marvin, Wilmar, Lester, Glenn & Orlin.
