Kenneth Matthew Cutlip

Kenneth M. Cutlip age 85 years of Belle Plaine died on October 24, 2012 at the Lutheran Home Hope Residence in Belle Plaine. Funeral service will be 10:30 am on Monday, October 29, 2012 at the Lutheran Home Chapel in Belle Plaine. Visitation will be half hour prior to the service at the chapel on Monday. Rev. Ed Fredrich will officiate. Kenny was the last of six children born to Irl and Matilda (Maki) Cutlip. He was born in New York Mills, Minnesota on March 1, 1927. He attended special classes at the Calhoun School in South Minneapolis. In 1952, Kenny moved to Faribault, Minnesota. He lived there for 23 years before moving to the Mankato area. Kenny worked in the Work Activity Component of the Mankato Rehabilitation Center. In December of 1980, he moved to the Lutheran Home Hope Residence. He was always happy and liked to visit over a cup of coffee or a pop, he loved visits from his nephews, he enjoyed bowling and buying and watching DVD movies. Kenny is survived by his nieces and nephews, Ole DuWayne Olson, Ole Michael Olson, Elnor Ham and Eloise Olson all of Iowa.
