Linda Mae Sinell

Linda Mae Sinell, age 82 of Glencoe, formerly of Arlington, died on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at Glenfield Living Center in Glencoe, MN.  Memorial services will be on Friday, Oct. 24, 2025 at the United Methodist Church in Arlington, MN at 11:00 a.m.   Visitation will be that morning at the church from 9:30 a.m. ~ 11:00 a.m.  Lunch will follow the service in the church social hall, followed by burial at Mound Cemetery in Le Sueur, MN.

Linda was born on September 28, 1943, to Ernest and Dorothy Sinell.  She grew up in Le Sueur and graduated from Le Sueur High School.  She then attended Mankato Business College before starting a 42-year career at the Arlington State Bank.  She started off as a teller and ended her career as the Assistant Cashier.  She was very active in the Arlington A’s Baseball Association, Blood Mobile, and was a ticket taker at a lot of sporting events at the High School, especially wrestling meets.  When she was younger she was very active and enjoyed 4-H.

She is blessed to be survived by two families, her sister-in-law, Diane Sinell of St. Cloud, MN, niece and nephews, Ann (Brad) Hanson, Steven Sinell and Michael Sinell.  Great-nieces, Adria Hanson and Brielle Hanson.  Second family; Beth (Robert) Walters of Gaylord; their children, Brian (Casey) Walters; children, Riley, Jordan and Brynn; Nicole (Nate) Pigman; children, Teagan, Nyla, and Daxton;  Adam (Haley) Walters; Wyatt and Wayde; and Brent Walters; and Stacie (Cory) Swenson of Gaylord, MN.

She is preceded in death by her parents, stepmother Helen Sinell, brothers Lowell in 1998 and infant brother Keevan.
