Lois Stahl

Lois Emma Stahl, age 83 of Bloomington, formerly of the Le Sueur area, died Monday, March 19 at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. Funeral service will be on Friday, March 30, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church in Le Sueur. Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery, Le Sueur, MN. Lunch to follow in the church social hall. Lois was born on September 4, 1934 to Julius R. & Alvina (Havemeier) Wiese in Sibley County, MN. She grew up in the Le Sueur area and was baptized and confirmed at Grace Lutheran Church in Le Sueur, MN. She married Vernon Stahl on October 12, 1954. The couple moved to Plymouth, MN shortly after they were married and settled in Bloomington in 1964. She worked for many years cleaning and attending to domestic needs to many homes and families. Later she worked for P.C.I. (Printed Circuits Inc.) in Bloomington in the metro area. Lois enjoyed sharing her faith, cooking and spending time with her friends and family, especially her great grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Wanda (Richard) Schalo of Bloomington, MN; grandchildren; Erick (Marj) Schalo and Lauren (Andrew) Mathison. great-grandchildren; Jack, Lily and Kate Mathison and the arrival of two more great-grandchildren. Lois is preceded in death by her Parents and husband, Vernon in December of 2017
