Louise M. Conroy

Louise M. Conroy, age 89 of Le Sueur, died Monday, August 23, 2010 at the Minnesota Valley Health Center in Le Sueur. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. on Friday, August 27, 2010 at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Le Sueur. Fr. George Grafsky will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday, Aug. 26, beginning with a 4:00 p.m. C.C.W. Rosary and conclude at 8 p.m. at the Kolden Funeral Home in Le Sueur. Visitation will continue on Friday morning from 8-10:15 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery in Le Sueur. Louise was born on December 5, 1920 to Charles and Luella (Mueller) Frost in Tyrone Township, Minnesota. She graduated from Le Sueur High School. She then worked for Northwestern Bell Telephone Company. She married Bernard Conroy on November 20, 1946 at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Le Sueur. She was a homemaker while her children were young. She then went to work for Green Giant Company. She was involved with the C.C.W at St. Anne's Church. She is survived by her son, James (Jean) Conroy of Le Sueur; daughter, Constance (Dennis McConnell) Conroy of Belle Plaine; grandchildren, Cindy Berg, Michael, Dan and Jeff Nissen, Andrew and Amy Conroy; 3 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bernard in 1988; daughter, Anne Nissen; sisters, Verna Thiel and LuAnn Frost; and brothers, Norm, Myron and Melvin Frost.
