Margaret Rosenthal

Margaret Rosenthal, age 91 of Arlington passed away Monday, January 18, 2021 at Arlington Good Samaritan Society. Due to the current pandemic and respecting Margaret’s wishes, a private graveside service was observed at 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 20 ^th at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of memorials, Margaret’s wish was for your thoughts and prayers be directed to healing and unity.

Margaret Jane Rosenthal was born on November 6, 1929 in Winthrop to Raymond and Rose (Becke) Groehler. She attended and graduated from Winthrop High School. She furthered her education at Mankato Community College. On January 18, 1952 she married Dale Rosenthal at Zion Lutheran Church in Winthrop. To this union were born three children, Cindy, Bruce and Warren.

Margaret is survived by her children; Cindy (David) Nowell and Warren Rosenthal as well as grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a sister, and many nieces and nephews. Margaret is preceded in death by her husband and son Bruce.
