Mary Lou Jane Kahlow

Mary Lou Jane Kahlow, age 81 of Henderson, died Monday, August 20, 2018 at her home. Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 27, 2018 at Centennial Lutheran Church in Henderson. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the church. Interment will be in Brown Cemetery, Henderson. She was born on September 5, 1936 to Herbert and Loretta (Wentzlaff) Schaefer in Washington Lake Township, MN. She married Gerald Kahlow in 1955 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Arlington. Mary Lou is survived by her daughters, Kathryn Kahlow of Henderson, and Barbara Kahlow of Tennessee; sons, Dale Kahlow, Jeffrey Kahlow, and Brian Kahlow all of Henderson; grandchildren, Dylan, Lucas, Samantha, and Jamie; siblings, Bob (Mary) Schaefer, Sylvia Reinhardt, Diane Schaefer, Gary Schaefer, Linda Messerli, Wayne (Syd) Schaefer, Jim (Missy) Schaefer, Mark (Deb) Schaefer, Mike (Karen) Schaefer, and Carol (Derrick) Flynn; and sister-in-law, Cathy Schaefer. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gerald; siblings, Sally Schaefer, and Donald Schaefer; and brother-in-law, Connie Reinhardt.
