Mary Joe Edberg

Mary Joe Edberg, 67, of Apple Valley, MN passed away peacefully on February 6, 2026, in her home. She was the daughter of Dale and Mary Agnes (Devine) Edberg and spent her childhood and early years in Belle Plaine before moving to Apple Valley. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother-in-law, Duane Gerdes and her niece, Shannon Noll.

She is survived by her siblings, Joyce (Virgil) Noll of Belle Plaine, MN, Patrice (John) Waldorf of Cedar Rapids, IA, Robert (Eydie) Edberg of Belle Plaine, MN, Jean Gerdes of Pequot Lakes, MN, and her twin brother, Michael (Terri) Edberg of Hutchinson, MN in addition to 12 nieces and nephews and many loving cousins and friends.

She will be remembered for her love of animals of all kinds, especially her beloved dog, Zayne who was her constant companion.

A private service will be held at a later date.
