Patricia Huss

Patricia Huss, age 76 of Belle Plaine passed away on Wednesday, September 21, at Mayo Clinic Health System in New Prague. Memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, September 30, at The Lutheran Home Chapel. Rev. Ed Fredrich will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the Chapel on Friday afternoon. Interment will be at a later date at Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery in Litomysl, Minnesota. Pat was born in Bixby, Minnesota, on April 8, 1940 to Herbert and Elsie (Jirele) Huss. She lived with her parents in Bixby until they passed away. She then moved to Northeast House, a group home in North East Minneapolis. She moved to the Lutheran Home Hope Residence in Belle Plaine in December of 2005. Her beautiful smile endeared her to everyone who knew her. Pat is survived by the residents and staff at the Lutheran Home Hope Residence, her cousins, Edna (Flavian) Weiers, Genevieve Metzdorff & Fran Barten of Union Hill, Harriet (Frank) Giesen of Marshall, MI, Darlene (Dick) O'Brien of Greer, SC & Noreen Seurer of New Prague. Memorials are preferred to the Lutheran Home Hope Residence.
