 
            Phillip Klug, age 83 of Arlington, Minnesota died on Sunday, December 2, 2012 at the Good Samaritan Home in Arlington. Memorial Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Arlington Township. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church on Saturday. He was born on January 4, 1928 near Darien, Wisconsin and graduated from Darien High School. He entered the U. S. Army and served in Korea. . He married Sharon Starr on May 11, 1957 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. They spent their 54 loving years together holding hands in Wisconsin, Arizona, Florida, and Minnesota. He farmed, raised mink and was a machinist by trade and worked in various states retiring after 15 years with the Manitowoc Shipbuilding Co. in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. He had been a Boy Scout Leader, enjoyed trapping, hunting, fishing and trap shooting. Phillip is survived by a son David (Cheri) Klug, of Sun City AZ, daughters Linda (Wayne) Braun of Flower Mound TX, Kari (Dean) Hardel of LeSueur MN, and adopted daughter Jeanne Vaughn of Washington State and "son" Kong (Yee) Xiong of Afton, Minnesota. He is also survived by grandchildren Benjamin (Anna), Jonathan (Dora), Bethany (Jason), Dakota and Steven, great-granddaughter Kyah and great-grandson, Dillon and a sister, Betty Buchholtz, Waukesha, WI. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon on July 1, 1957, 1 brother and 2 sisters.
