Raquel E. Stutsman

Raquel E. Stutsman, age 19 of rural Le Sueur died suddenly in an auto accident on Saturday afternoon, November 21, 2020 near her home.  Visitation will be on Monday, November 30, Kolden Funeral Home, Le Sueur, MN  5:00 p.m. ~ 7:00 p.m.   Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 1, 2020,  11 a.m. at River Ridge Church in North Mankato, MN. COVID~19 rules, distancing and masking will be required. Services will be live-streamed on the church website for those not able to attend.  There will be a time of visitation from 9 a. m. until the service time at the church.  Family interment services will be in the Ottawa Cemetery near Ottawa.

Raquel was born on November 8, 2001 to Holly Holt in St. Louis Park, Mn and adopted by Jeffrey and Marylyn (Lacanaria) Stutsman. She grew up south of Le Sueur and attended Le Sueur-Henderson Schools and graduated from Le Sueur-Henderson High School in 2020. While in High School she worked part-time at Dairy Queen and Jake’s Pizza in St . Peter. She was currently working as a resident assistant at Prairie Hill Assisted Living in St. Peter, MN.

She is survived by her parents, Jeffrey and Marilyn Stutsman of Le Sueur. Birth mother Holly Holt. Siblings; Chester (Amy) Sutsman of Brantford, Ontario, Canada; Allister Stutsman of Le Sueur; Ian (Megan Elizabeth) Sutsman of Waseca, MN; Stuart (Nicole) Stutsman of New Prague, MN; Laurence Stutsman of N. Mankato, MN; Megan Christine Stutsman of N. Mankato, MN; Amanda Stutsman of Mankato, MN; William Stutsman and his special friend, Anna Minshew of Rochester, MN; Brittany (Nick) Campana of Florida and Dorothy Holt of Perham, MN. Her Very Special Friend, Dylan Graft of St. Peter, MN. Grandmothers; Paz Lacanaria of the Philippines, Judy Stutsman of Chaska, MN and Mary Holt of Perham, MN. Many Aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her grandfathers; Luis Lacanaria Sr. and Ronald Stutsman Sr.
