Richard Alan Lunak

Richard Alan Lunak, age 48 of St. Peter, died at his home on Monday, June 18, 2012. Memorial Services will be on Thursday, June 28, 6:00 p.m, at the Kolden Funeral Home in Le Sueur. Visitation will be at the Kolden Funeral Home from 5-6 p.m. Interment will be at a later time at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN. Rick was born on Sept. 29, 1963 to Robert and Darlene (Palmerston) Lunak in Shakopee, MN. He grew up in the Chaska area and following school, he enlisted in the United States Army. Following his military service he returned home were he help in his father's housemoving/construction business for many years. Lately he has worked various jobs. He is survived by his Mother,Darlene (Bill) Tellijohn of Mankato, MN; Step-Mother,Linda Lunak of Kasota, MN; Brother,Ronald Lunak of St. Peter, MN; Sister,Cheryl (Lynn) Burmeister of Otter Tail, MN; Nieces and Nephews,Daniel & Matthew, Nicole, Jade & Landon. He is preceded in death by his father Robert "Chick" Lunak in 2011.
