Richard Morgan

Richard Morgan, age 56 of Belle Plaine passed away on September 11, 2015 at the MCHS Hospital in new Prague. Funeral Service will be at 4pm on Wednesday, September 16 at The Lutheran Home Chapel in Belle Plaine, Rev. Ed. Fredrich will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the Chapel. Interment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis. Richard was born in Marshall, MN in October 19, 1958 to Dr. H.R. and Ruth (Schmeckpeper) Morgan. He was disabled since birth and has lived at The Lutheran Home Hope Residence for many years. He is survived by the staff, residents and friends of The Hope Residence.
