Robert Lee Hewitt

Robert L. Hewitt, age 57 of Arlington, passed away unexpectedly on November 26, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at the Gaylord American Legion from 2:30 – 5:30 P.M.

Rob was born on April 9, 1967 to Robert and Mae (Lee) Hewitt in Council Grove, Kansas. He graduated from Gaylord High School in Minnesota and joined the United States Army. Following discharge, he worked at LSI in Le Sueur up until his death.

He married Jill Kloeckl on December 20, 1991, and later divorced.

Rob enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family, and adored his dog, Shadow.

Rob is survived by his children, Brandon Hewitt of Minneapolis, MN, Nicholas (Meraea) Hewitt of Gaylord, MN and Daniel Hewitt of Gaylord, MN; mother, Mae Hewitt of Arlington, MN; brother, Coy (Melanie) Hewitt of Hutchinson; sister, Una (Ray) Risk of Gaylord, MN; as well as his nephews, cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father.
