Robert E. Pautz

Robert E. (Bob) Pautz, formerly of Le Sueur, died at his home in Tuscon, AZ, on June 23, 2017. He was 74. A Celebration of Life will be held at Kolden Funeral Home in Le Sueur from 2-4 p.m. on Friday, July 14, followed by a gathering of family and friends at The Bar in downtown Le Sueur. A private family internment will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Le Sueur. Bob ("Bobbie") was born July 31, 1942 at St. Peter Community Hospital to Mary and Elmer Pautz. He attended St. Anne's Parochial School and graduated from Le Sueur High School in 1960. Bob's long sales career began while still in high school when he landed a part-time position at local radio station KRBI. He then went on to specialize in heavy equipment sales and also owned a car dealership in St. Paul for a time. Bob is survived by son Tim Pautz of St. Paul, daughters Therese Pautz of Minneapolis, Debbie Gallagan of St. Paul, and Liz Christopherson and Dedra Nerland, both of Iowa. Also surviving are sisters Maureen (Bill) Dvorak of St. Peter and Margaret (Jim) Plante of Bella Vista, Arkansas, and brother Rick (Eileen) Pautz of Lake Washington. He was preceded in death by his father in 1960, his mother in 1994, and brother Delmar in 1992.
