Roger Haas

Roger “Pee-Wee” Haas, age 75 of Belle Plaine, passed away unexpectedly on October 11, 2021.  Funeral service will be at 3p.m. on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at the Kolden Funeral Home in Belle Plaine.  Deacon Bob Raleigh will officiate.  Visitation will be from 1-3p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.  Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Belle Plaine.

Roger Michael Haas was born in Belle Plaine on November 11, 1945, to Floyd and Alvina (Buesgens) Haas.  He grew up in Belle Plaine and attended Belle Plaine schools.  He worked for a time at the Foundry in Le Sueur and then over 40 years at Rubber Industries in Shakopee.  Roger was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

Roger is survived by his children, Tara, and Roger Jr.,

Siblings, Kathy (Glen) Von Eschen, Robert (Connie) Haas, Sharon Haas, Donald (Irene) Haas, Wanda Haas, Mary Jo (Ben) Gregory, Dick (Patty) Haas, Beverly (Dennis) Thompson, David (Cindy) Haas, and Maynard (Diane) Haas.  Many nieces and nephews.
