Rosalyn M. Klehr

Rosalyn Margaret Klehr, age 80 of Belle Plaine, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee.  Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. A.M. on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Our Lady of the Prairie Catholic Church in Belle Plaine.  Visitation will be at the Kolden Funeral Home in Belle Plaine beginning with an 8:45 a.m. Rosary and concluding at 10:45 a.m.  Fr. Michael Kaluza will officiate.  Interment will be in Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery in Belle Plaine.  Due to the current pandemic, mask will be required at church and the funeral home

Rosie was born in Marystown on October 2, 1939 to Theodore and Loretta (Breeggemann) Klehr.  She graduated from Shakopee High School in 1957.  She later attended Minneapolis Business School for nursing.  Rosie worked as an LPN at Valley View Nursing Home and the Hope Residence.  She was a member of the VFW Auxilliary in Belle Plaine and secretary of Catholic United Financial.  She was an active member Our Lady of the Prairie CCW, prayer shawl group, volunteer lunch group and CCD teacher. She is preceded in death by her parents, Theodore Klehr and Loretta Solheid, and her brother, Ted Klehr.

Rosie is survived by her siblings,

Richard (Anna) Solheid of Alexandria, MN; Leander (Sherry) Solheid of Meredith, N.H; Elizabeth (Glenn) Baird of Annandale, MN & James Solheid of New Prague, MN.

And Many Nieces & Nephews.
