Rosemary Doerr, age 90 of Henderson, died on December 26, 2010 at Gardenview Nursing Home in Le Sueur. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Henderson. Fr. Keith Salisbury will officiate. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the church with a 7:30 p.m. Prayer Service. Visitation will continue at 8 a.m. on the morning of the Mass. Interment will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Henderson. Rosemary was born in Jessenland Township, Sibley County on August 13, 1920 to Alfred and Esther (Lawrence) Berger. She attended country school in Jessenland Township. On October 2, 1948, Rosemary married Willard Doerr at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Jessenland. They farmed together in the Henderson area. In 1960 they moved to the city of Henderson where they spent their remaining years. She was an avid gardener, enjoyed fishing and a member of St. Joseph's Church Rosary Aid. She is survived by her son Gerald (Irene) Doerr of Henderson, Grandchildren, Matt (Angie) Doerr, Katie (Kyle) Staloch, Jackie (Desmond) Daniels, Colleen Doerr and great-grandchildren Mandy, Nora, and Claire Doerr, and Morgan and Jordan Staloch. Siblings, Elaine Berger & Eileen O'Leary, both of St. Paul, MN; George (Mary) Berger of Apache Junction, AZ, Nevada and Leo Berger of Henderson, MN. Many Nieces and Nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Willard in 2005, brothers Bernard and Clarence, sisters Louise Krueger and Dorothy Lachowitzer.
