 
            Ruth Zaske, age 82 of Arlington, died Friday, February 24, 2012, at the Good Samaritan Center in Arlington, with family members at her side. Funeral services will be held at 11am Thursday, March 1, at St. Paul's Ev. Lutheran Church in Arlington, with the Rev. Bruce Hanneman officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm on Wednesday, February 29, at the Kolden Funeral Home in Arlington and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery. Ruth was born on December 24, 1929, to Henry and Caroline (Kurtzweg) Stock in Arlington, Mn. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Arlington. She graduated from Arlington High School in 1948. On December 24, 1950, she was united in marriage to Elmer Zaske, also at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. She enjoyed embroidering, working on jigsaw puzzles, socializing with her friends, and being a great loving mother. She resided in Arlington her entire life and was a lifelong member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. She is survived by her children, Deborah (Lee) Schreck of Woodbury, Richard Zaske of Arlington and John (Roberta) Zaske of Arlington; Grandsons, Lyle Schreck and Jeremy Latzke; Granddaughters, Christina (Jeremy) Barnes and Brook Latzke; Great-grandson, Tyler Schreck; Great-granddaughter, Maddy Schreck; Nieces, Doreen Nagel and Karen Nagel; Several other nieces, nephews and cousins; Sisters, Deloris Sauter and Marie Bogatzki. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elmer on November 24, 2005; infant twin siblings, Burnell and Berniece Stock; sister, Mabel Hahn; brother, Raymond Stock; brothers-in-law, Clarence Sauter, Ernie Bogatzki and Ivan Nagel; sisters-in-law, Leora Stock and Frieda Nagel; and nephew, Carl Bogatzki.
