Ryan K. Logue

Ryan Kevin Logue, 34 originally of Le Sueur, MN passed away unexpectedly on January 14th 2016 in Marin, CA. A celebration of Ryan's life will be on Friday, January 22th 2016 at First Lutheran Church in Le Sueur, MN. Visitation from 10-12 with a memorial service at noon, followed by lunch and fellowship. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, are preferred in support of Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance or The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. Ryan was born on May 4, 1981 to James and Cindy (Nelson) Logue in Minneapolis, MN. He grew up in Le Sueur, MN and graduated from Le Sueur High School in 1999 and attended Minnesota State University and the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Though his years were cut short, their richness far surpassed their number as he lived with a boldness, bravery, and passion that inspired all those he met. Ryan was always unapologetically his own self: a rad dude. His charisma and appetite for adventure led him to all corners of the world. Surfing, snowboarding, camping, and rock climbing were among his favorite things, particularly when joined by those heloved. Ryan's life brought others together - his presence was unforgettable and never withoutlaughter, joy, and much fun. A brilliant and creative mind, Ryan's ambitions earned him the title of Innovator of the Year at Best Buy Corp., followed by his career as Project Manager at the Apple Corp. in Cupertino, CA. His intelligence was captivating, second only to the wisdom he acquired by living with spirit and without regret. Both in work and in life, Ryan's focus on solutions rather than problems brought him far. Ryan is survived by his parents, James and Cindy Logue of Le Sueur, MN; his brother Tyler (Carly) Logue Highland Park, MN, sisters; Kali Logue & her boyfriend John Kerr of Minneapolis, MN and Hannah Logue and her boyfriend Kohen Stark of Le Sueur, MN; grandparents Lennen and Doris Nelson of Balaton, MN; Bernice Logue of Marshall, MN; Aunts & Uncles; Doug Logue of Marshall, MN, Mike (Cindy) Nelson of Balaton, MN, Bill (Cathy) Nelson of Balaton, MN, Jon (Carleen) Nelson of Duluth, MN & Lori (Jeff) Swift of Hutchinson, MN and many cousins. He leaves behind his girlfriend Molly Osier of St. Paul, MN, countless friends, and his dog Sheamus. His compassion, sincerity, and love is echoed by family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched; he will be deeply and forever missed. Ryan was preceded in death by his grandfather, Francis Logue, Uncle Kevin Logue, and Cousin Trevor Nelson.
