Sara J. Glancy

Sara Jean Glancy, age 43 of Cleveland, died unexpectedly Saturday, December 28, 2019 at her home.  Memorial services are set for Friday, January 10, 2020 at 11 a.m. at the Church of Christ in Cleveland.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church. Lunch to follow in church social hall.

Sara was born on June 14, 1976 to Michael and Mabel “Meg” (Everett) Lawrence in Le Sueur.  She grew up in Cleveland but attended and graduated from the MN New Country School in 1995 when it was located in Le Sueur.  She married Robert Glancy on September 29, 2001 at the Methodist Church in Cleveland.  Sara enjoyed working on her scrapbooks, and Facebooking. She also had a love for photography.

She is survived by her parents, Michael and Meg Lawrence; husband, Robert Glancy; child, Matt Glancy of Cleveland; siblings, Joel (Ellington) Starks of Rochester, MN and Katie (sig. other, Erik Swanson) Lawrence of Northfield, MN; grandmother, Eunice Everett of Cleveland; and many other relatives and friends.

Sara is preceded in death by her grandfather, Donald Everett.
