Susan Lynn Karnitz

Susan Lynn Karnitz, age 50 of Arlington, formerly of Belle Plaine, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 2, at Ridgeview Hospital in Waconia. Funeral service will be at 11a.m. on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Belle Plaine. Pastor John Zeitler will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at church on Wednesday. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Belle Plaine. Susan was born at the hospital in New Prague, MN on January 7, 1960 to Wilmer and Malinda (Ische) Karnitz. She grew up in Belle Plaine and attended Trinity Lutheran School. She graduated Valedictorian of her Belle Plaine High School Class of 1978. Susan worked at Young America Corp in Norwood, MN. She received her double Bachelors Degree in English and Psychology from St. Olaf's College. She enjoyed playing the organ, piano and computer games. She was a lifelong member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Diann and brother, Waldo. She is survived by her sister, Karen Bigaouette of Belle Plaine, and brother in law, Eugene (Cynthia) Nowak of Belle Plaine, aunts, uncles and cousins.
