Taylor Mao (Neou) Haas

Taylor Mao Haas, age 54, of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, passed away on January 12, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Taylor was born in Ombentgnae, Battambang, Cambodia, on October 4, 1970, to her parents, Khi’am Chhoeun and Nuom Neou. In 1982, Taylor and her family immigrated to the United States, finding refuge in Faribault, Minnesota, with the assistance of Catholic Charities. In 1994, she moved to Henderson, where she raised her two beloved sons, Brandon and Alex. Taylor worked at Harland Medical Systems for 11 years, where she was a dedicated member of the team.

An adventurous spirit, Taylor loved the outdoors. She enjoyed mushroom hunting, hiking, kayaking, and any activity that allowed her to connect with nature. Known for her kind, caring nature, she was deeply loved for her selflessness and the genuine love she shared with everyone she met.

Taylor is preceded in death by her parents, Khi’am Chhoeun and Nuom Neou, and her brother, Chea Neou.

She will be deeply missed by her sons, Brandon Haas and his girlfriend, Makayla Skjefte (Henderson), and Alex Haas and his girlfriend, Mya Ngo (Denver); her siblings, Samantha (Somchat) Thep, Lom (Solene) Neou, Haasica Neou Phan, Sophia Neou, Koeun (Paul) Neou Maxwell, and Keng (Patrick) Neou; her family-in-law, Tim, Dick and Patty Haas; and many cherished nieces and nephews. Taylor’s legacy of love, kindness, and adventure will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
