Terry Strack

Terry Strack, age 50, of Arlington, died Wednesday, June 13, 2012, in Chaska, MN. surrounded by his family. Mass of Christian burial will be 10:30 A.M. on Monday, June 18, 2012, St. Mary's Catholic Church in Arlington. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 P.M. Sunday, June 17, 2012, at Kolden Funeral Home in Arlington, prayer service at 7:30 P.M. Visitation also one hour prior to the service time at the church on Monday. Terry Strack was born on May 19, 1962, to Lawrence and Rosemary (Moser) Strack in Superior WI. His family moved to Jordan, MN. where Terry graduated in 1980 from Jordan High School. Terry was a long time employee of Certainteed Shingle Company. On September 14, 1996 Terry was united in marriage to Cynthia Smith in Avon, MN. Terry loved spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing, and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. Terry is survived by his wife Cynthia of Arlington, his sons Aaron and Jacob, his mother Rosemary Strack of Shakopee, siblings Larry (Carol) Strack of Apple Valley, Jim (Ruth) Strack of Arlington, Deb (Dave) Zell of Casper WY. Karen (Randy) Nevala of Superior WI, Mike (Darlene) Strack of Chaska, Dennis (Jean) Strack of Jordan, Jen (Ken) Lehnen of Jordan, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Bill and Sue Smith of Albany, Steve Smith of Avon, Ann and Jim Bleichner of Albany, Jim Smith of Avon, Donald Smith of St. Cloud, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Terry was preceded in death by his father Lawrence, father and mother-in-law Donald and Renee Smith, his grandparents, and a favorite uncle, Lawrence Moser.
